How Rapetón generated exclusive, real-time Grammy Week content with Attomo Studio
Rapetón teamed up with Attomo Studio to cover the 2025 Latin Grammys from their private house activation.
Podcast Production, Video Editing
The Challenge
Rapetón approached Attomo Studio with a clear yet complex challenge: deliver high-quality, multi-format content during one of the busiest weeks of the year — the Latin Grammys. This wasn’t a typical production. The activation would take place at the private Rapetón House, a space hosting some of the most prominent VIP artists and showcasing emerging talent in Latin urban music. Every moment had the potential to go viral, and there was zero room for error.
With limited pre-production time, a high-profile guest list, and a fast-paced content cycle, Rapetón needed a team that could execute flawlessly under pressure. Beyond just filming and editing, the project demanded real-time uploading, creative decision-making on the fly, tight coordination between an on-site and remote team, and delivery of fully edited, social-ready content within hours — not days.
Rapetón also needed a workflow capable of managing multiple media types at once: long-form interviews for YouTube, short-form snippets for Instagram and TikTok, photographic documentation for carousels, and recap videos capturing the energy of the event. All content had to be captured in a consistent style, edited quickly, and published in alignment with Rapetón’s brand voice and visual identity.
In essence, this was a live content studio built for music culture — compressed into two days, with the visibility of a global event.
Our Solution
Attomo Studio deployed a hybrid team structure:
An on-site team in Miami (podcast producer, filmmaker, and photographer) responsible for capturing interviews, ambiance, and emerging talent.
A remote team in Argentina and Peru handling editing and real-time social media distribution.
A fully structured drive system, real-time SD card swaps, cloud syncing, AI-assisted snippet selection, and custom Lightroom and video presets ensured fast, professional results — even before the event ended.
The Results
Delivered full-length podcast interviews ready for YouTube.
Created over 16 short-form clips for Instagram and TikTok.
Edited artist compilations and a 2-part After Movie within 48–72 hours.
Increased Rapetón’s visibility during Grammy week with a consistent content rollout.
Maintained brand alignment through lighting, graphics, and thumbnail selection.

Why They Needed to Work with Attomo Studio
Rapetón needed a content partner who understood the pressure of real-time event coverage, the production standards of the Latin music industry, and the fast pace of modern social media. Attomo delivered on all fronts — combining strategy, creative execution, and operational precision to meet the demands of the Latin Grammys week.
As Barbie from the Rapetón team described it:
“Their ability to combine strategy, design, and technology seamlessly led to results that exceeded my expectations.”
That level of integration allowed Rapetón to elevate their presence during one of the biggest cultural moments of the year, while freeing up their internal team to focus on artist relationships, activations, and partnerships — knowing their content was in expert hands.
